1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Finora application, website, or any related services (collectively, the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Finora. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
3. Account Registration
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You must not share your account with others or create multiple accounts.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
4. Virtual Currency (FNR Coins)
Finora operates a virtual rewards system using FNR Coins:
- FNR Coins are virtual points only — they are not real money, cryptocurrency, or any form of legal tender.
- FNR Coins are earned exclusively through in-app activities such as watching advertisements, completing daily tasks, check-ins, spinning the reward wheel, and referrals.
- Users do not purchase, deposit, or invest real money to earn FNR Coins under any circumstances.
- FNR Coins have no guaranteed monetary value and cannot be directly exchanged for cash.
- Finora reserves the right to adjust coin earning rates, expiry policies, and redemption values at any time.
- Unused FNR Coins may expire if an account is inactive for an extended period.
5. Rewards & Gift Card Redemption
Users may redeem accumulated FNR Coins for digital rewards through the in-app store:
- Available rewards include digital gift cards such as Google Play credits, Amazon vouchers, and other digital incentives.
- Reward availability, coin requirements, and redemption terms are subject to change without notice.
- All redemptions are final — redeemed coins cannot be refunded or reversed.
- Finora acts as a rewards facilitator. Third-party gift card terms (e.g., Google Play, Amazon) apply independently.
- Finora is not responsible for the expiry, loss, or misuse of redeemed gift cards after delivery.
- Fraudulent redemptions will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all coins.
6. No Financial Services
Finora is a rewards and incentives platform. We explicitly clarify that:
- Finora does not provide banking, lending, or credit services.
- Finora does not facilitate money transfers or wire services.
- Finora does not offer investment products, financial advice, or portfolio management.
- Finora does not operate a cryptocurrency exchange or wallet for trading purposes.
- Finora does not accept real money deposits from users in exchange for virtual coins.
7. Mining Services
Finora provides a simulated mining experience through its mobile application:
- Mining sessions must be activated manually every 24 hours by tapping the mine button.
- Mining rates may be adjusted based on network conditions, user activity, and halving schedules.
- FNR Coins earned through mining have no guaranteed monetary value until Mainnet launch.
- Finora reserves the right to modify mining parameters, rates, and mechanics at any time.
8. Referral Program
- Users may earn additional FNR Coins by referring new users to the platform.
- Abuse of the referral system (e.g., fake accounts, bots) will result in account termination and forfeiture of all earned coins.
- Referral bonuses and terms may be modified at our discretion.
9. KYC Verification
To access full platform features and claim earned coins, users may be required to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. This process requires submission of valid government-issued identification. Users who fail KYC may have their accounts restricted.
10. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- Use the platform for illegal activities or money laundering.
- Attempt to exploit, hack, or reverse-engineer the platform.
- Create fake accounts or use automated tools/bots.
- Impersonate other users or Finora team members.
- Interfere with the platform infrastructure or mining mechanisms.
- Distribute false information about Finora or its value.
- Attempt to sell, trade, or transfer FNR Coins outside the official platform.
11. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, code, and materials on the Finora platform are owned by Finora and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the platform without written permission.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Finora is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
- We are not liable for any losses arising from use of the platform, including loss of earned coins.
- We do not guarantee the future value or tradability of FNR coins.
- We are not responsible for third-party services or gift card providers.
13. Modifications
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated through the app or email.
14. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration in accordance with applicable regulations.
