Account Security at Finora: Current Safeguards and User Guidance

Finora uses account and application safeguards to support its mobile rewards experience. This page explains confirmed practices without claiming certifications or independent audits that have not been published.

Data in transit

Communication with Finora services is encrypted in transit. Users should access Finora only through the official app and minefino.com, and should avoid unknown links or modified app packages.

Account access

Finora uses authenticated account access and server-side authorization checks. Administrative accounts have authenticator-based two-factor protection. This does not mean that every user account currently has the same 2FA feature.

Protect your account

  • Use a unique password and protect access to your email or sign-in provider.
  • Never share an OTP, recovery code or password with anyone.
  • Confirm support messages through official Finora channels.
  • Report unexpected balance or account activity promptly.

KYC and feature eligibility

Identity verification may be required for selected features or eligible redemption flows. Availability and requirements can vary by account, region and current product rules.

Security reporting

Finora does not claim a public bug-bounty program, recurring third-party penetration-test schedule or published security certification on this page. Verified reports can be submitted through the official support contact. Material security documentation will be linked publicly when available.

No online service can promise absolute security. Keep the app updated and review the Privacy Policy and Google Play Data safety section for current disclosures.
